With M-Gains keeping track of your muscle-building is now a breeze. At a glance you can immediately see what muscles you need to allow rest, and what you need to work on.

You can also Log the details of your workouts which M-Gains then stores and synchs to iCloud, and when youre offline, theyre stored safely on your device and synched with iCloud the next time youre online.

How to use:
1. Tap a muscle.
2. Log an exercise.
3. Muscle turns red.
4. When its safe to work on this muscle again, the muscle will turn back to green.
5. If its been over a week since youve done a particular muscle, it will turn purple.
